BackgroundOver the past 20 years, The Health Resource, Inc. has served over 20,000 clients worldwide. Our mission has always been to provide information and hope to those who are seeking a healing path for themselves or their loved ones. Unfortunately, we have many that call who cannot afford our services. In the spirit of compassion, over the years we have provided our services to these clients to the best of our ability. In 2004 we established a sister organization, a nonprofit charitable foundation—the Hope & Healing Pathways Foundation. This foundation serves both low income clients and those clients who may have been financially devastated by the costs of an unexpected illness. People who can afford our service will continue to do so through The Health Resource. Those with financial constraints will be served by the Hope & Healing Pathways Foundation. Thus no one will be turned away. EligibilityEligibility for assistance from the Foundation is determined by a simple statement of need. The report recipient is asked to pay whatever amount he or she can reasonably afford. The Hope and Healing Pathways Foundation then underwrites the remainder of the actual cost of the report. To ApplyContact the Hope & Healing Pathways Foundation at (800) 949-0090 or email research@thehealthresource.com Source of FundingFunding for the Foundation comes largely from clients of The Health Resource, Inc. who have found their own reports to be helpful in understanding and managing their personal illnesses. These clients have contributed monies to the Foundation to ensure that no potential client’s financial limitations would stop him/her from receiving a Health Resource, Inc. report. To DonateThe Foundation is a valuable service for people with limited financial resources (often due to their illness) who want to make the very best treatment decisions. We assure you that every dollar goes directly into the services provided to the Foundation clients.
